- Navigate to the Apple Menu in the upper left of the screen and select "System Preferences".
- - Under the heading "Internet & Wireless" select "Mail, Contacts & Calendars".
- - In the left-hand column, select "Add Account" and choose "Microsoft Exchange".
- - On the following screen enter your information:
- Name: Your Full Namme
- Email address: youremail@exchange.mit.edu
- Password: Your MIT Password
- Click Continue.
- - Under description, choose a name for the email account (named "MIT Exchange" below) and enter theoa.exchange.mit.edu as the "Server address".
- - Click Continue.
- - Select the applications you wish to synchronize with MIT's Exchange environment and select Add Account.
- - Email messages, contacts, and calendar appointments will begin to populate Mail.app, Address Book, and iCal upon first launch.
