Setup Mac OS 10.7 (Lion) Mail.app, iCal and Address Book for MIT's Exchange environment

1. Navigate to the Apple Menu in the upper left of the screen and select "System Preferences".

2. Under the heading "Internet & Wireless" select "Mail, Contacts & Calendars".

3. In the left-hand column, select "Add Account" and choose "Microsoft Exchange".

4. On the following screen enter your information:
   • Name: Your Full Namme
   • Email address: youremail@exchange.mit.edu
   • Password: Your MIT Password
     
5. Click Continue.

6. Under description, choose a name for the email account (named "MIT Exchange" below) and enter theoa.exchange.mit.edu as the "Server address".

7. Click Continue.

8. Select the applications you wish to synchronize with MIT's Exchange environment and select Add Account.

9. Email messages, contacts, and calendar appointments will begin to populate Mail.app, Address Book, and iCal upon first launch.
